joaby provides technological consultancy and educational modules on process automation, data system integration, and digital efficiency auditing. The services are intended exclusively for small businesses wishing to optimize their workflows.

2. User Rights and Obligations

• • Users have the right to access the educational modules and materials provided, within the limits of the purchased subscription.
• • Users undertake not to redistribute, modify, or resell the platform's content without the written consent of joaby.
• • Users are responsible for the security of their login credentials and for any activity carried out in their account.

3. joaby Rights and Obligations

• • joaby undertakes to provide the services as described, with reasonable availability.
• • joaby reserves the right to update or modify the platform's content, with 30 days prior notice.
• • joaby does not guarantee that the services will be uninterrupted or error-free, but will make reasonable efforts to remedy issues.

4. Limitation of Liability

joaby shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, or business interruptions caused by the use of the services, to the extent permitted by law. The total liability of joaby shall not exceed the value of the subscription paid in the last 12 months.

5. Payment and Refund Conditions

Payments are made according to the chosen subscription. Refunds are possible within 14 days of purchase, only if the service has not been accessed. No partial refunds are granted for unused periods.

6. Termination of Use

joaby may suspend or terminate user access in case of a serious breach of the terms, with 7 days prior notice. The user may cancel at any time, with immediate effect, by deactivating the account.

7. Modification of Terms

joaby reserves the right to modify these terms. Any modification will be communicated 30 days in advance via email or notification on the platform. Continued use after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of them.
